Trav’s 2022 Week 11 NFL Predictions

Week 10 is in the books, and we now have no undefeated teams in the NFL. The Washington Commanders defeated the Eagles on Monday Night Football 32-21. The ’72 Dolphins remain the only team in the NFL history to go undefeated the entire season. My Week 10 NFL predictions fell flat with my 4-4 record. My overall mark dropped to 57-34. The winning percentage also dropped going from 63.9 to 62.6%. Tennessee beat Denver for my first loss even though the Broncos had a shot at winning it. Green Bay pulling off the upset over the Dallas Cowboys was one many didn’t see coming. In a battle of backup QBs, the Arizona Cardinals outlasted the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams have gotten worse news as Cooper Kupp has been put on IR with an ankle injury. As mentioned earlier, the Commanders went to Philly and beat the previously unbeaten Eagles.

Are there concerns for this Buffalo Bills team? Is the Minnesota Vikings the best team in the NFL? They get a chance to prove how great they are this week as they host the Dallas Cowboys. With the loss of Cooper Kupp and Matthew Stafford dealing with a concussion, is the Rams season over? Where will Odell Beckham Jr. sign? This week I’ll be predicting a total of 7 games. Let’s get started!

Trav’s 2022 Week 11 NFL PredictionsTrav’s 2022 Week 11 NFL PredictionsAs usual, we start things off with the Thursday night game on Amazon Prime Video. The Tennessee Titans head to Lambeau Field to battle the Green Bay Packers. After winning 6 of 7 games, the Titans are fighting for the #1 seed in the AFC. Derrick Henry continues to prove why he’s the best running back in the league. The Titans defense ranks in the top-10 in scoring. The offense ranks in the bottom tier in scoring though. Green Bay may have saved their season last week with their win over Dallas. Christian Watson had his breakout performance by scoring 3 TDs last week. Aaron Jones is still one of the more versatile backs in the league. Can Aaron Rodgers continue to thrive with his injured hand? This is a tough one, but I’m picking Green Bay to upset the Titans. Packers Win 20-19

Trav’s 2022 Week 11 NFL PredictionsTrav’s 2022 Week 11 NFL PredictionsWe head to Indianapolis for this matchup as the Philadelphia Eagles hit the road to battle the Colts. The Eagles finally lost their first game last week at the hand of the Washington Commanders. Philadelphia has shown signs for vulnerability when it comes to run defense. The offense looked sloppy also after they had numerous turnovers. Will the loss be the beginning of bad things, or a wakeup call to the Eagles? Jeff Saturday coached his first game for the Colts last week and it resulted in a win over the Raiders. The win snapped the Colts 3-game losing streak. Matt Ryan returned as the starting QB for the Colts after the previous regime benched him. Indianapolis rank in the bottom 3 in scoring offense, can they run the ball efficiently against Philly? Philly turn things around and win over the Colts. Eagles Win 26-17

Trav’s 2022 Week 11 NFL PredictionsTrav’s 2022 Week 11 NFL PredictionsWe head to the AFC East for this critical matchup in arguably the most competitive division in the NFL. The New York Jets travel to Foxboro to battle the New England Patriots. The Jets are one of the biggest surprises in the entire NFL. They are coming off their bye a week after stunning the Buffalo Bills. They could be entering this game on a 6-game winning streak, but they fell to this Patriots team 3 weeks ago. The Patriots are currently at the bottom of the division with a 5-4 record. They enter this game on a 2-game winning streak and just one game in the loss column behind the other 3 teams. Bill Belichick usually gives young signal callers issues, especially when they travel to New England. Zach Wilson could be in for a long day as New England should win. Patriots Win 24-14

Trav’s 2022 Week 11 NFL PredictionsTrav’s 2022 Week 11 NFL PredictionsWe head back to the NFC with a matchup that I’m personally looking forward to. The Detroit Lions travel to New York to face the Giants. Despite their 3-6 record, the Lions have been one feisty team this season. They are riding a 2-game winning streak, which could have been three after almost upsetting the Dolphins. They have a top-10 scoring offense, but unfortunately the defense ranks last in scoring. How will the Lions and Jared Goff fare against the Giants? New York have won 5 of their last 6 games and sit a game behind the Eagles. Saquon Barkley is looking like the running back many thought he could be when drafted out of Penn State. The Giants rank 3rd in rushing in the NFL while the defense is top-10 in scoring. New York should win this close game. Giants Win 27-20

Trav’s 2022 Week 11 NFL PredictionsTrav’s 2022 Week 11 NFL PredictionsWe have the game of the week between 2 of the best teams in the NFC. The Dallas Cowboys head to Minnesota to battle the Vikings. The Cowboys should be entering this contest on a 3-game winning streak. Unfortunately, they fell to Green Bay after entering the 4th quarter with a 28-14 lead. We will see what this Cowboys team is about and how they handle that crushing defeat. Will the Cowboys rebound and defeat the hottest team in the league? We all know about Minnesota by now after their thrilling win in Buffalo. With his amazing game from a week ago, Justin Jefferson is starting to get mentioned as an MVP candidate. Can this Vikings offensive line contain the Cowboys pass rush? How will Kirk Cousins fare against this Dallas defense? In a tough one, I’m picking Dallas to win. Cowboys Win 26-24

Trav’s 2022 Week 11 NFL PredictionsTrav’s 2022 Week 11 NFL PredictionsWe have the Sunday Night game between two AFC West powerhouses. The Kansas City Chiefs head out west to Los Angeles to battle the Chargers. Before the year started, these were my top-2 teams in the AFC West. Kansas City has held up their end of the bargain. The Chiefs have won 3 in a row and sit atop of the division with a 2-game lead over the Chargers. Patrick Mahomes is my leading MVP candidate as we start the second half of the season. The Chargers have dropped 2 of their last 3 games. The biggest culprit this year for this team has been the injury bug. Keenan Allen and Mike Williams have practiced this week, but in a limited basis. Justin Herbert really could use his top receivers in this pivotal matchup. With the uncertainties I’m going with Kansas City. Chiefs Win 31-24

Trav’s 2022 Week 11 NFL PredictionsTrav’s 2022 Week 11 NFL PredictionsWe have the Monday Night Football game between two NFC West hopefuls. The San Francisco 49ers head to Arizona to battle the Cardinals. The 49ers enter this contest a half game behind the Seahawks for the division lead. San Francisco has arguably the best offense in the NFC. Christian McCaffrey, Deebo Samuel and George Kittles are all former Pro Bowlers. The defense ranks 4th in scoring and can get after the QB just as good as anyone in the league. Arizona could be without Kyler Murray for the second consecutive game as he’s dealing with an ankle injury. The Cardinals had their 2-game losing streak snapped last week after defeating the Rams. Arizona has one of the worse defenses in the league and add Murray could miss this one. San Francisco should leave this one tied atop of the division. 49ers Win 30-20

  1. Woah! I’m really digging the template/theme of this website. It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s challenging to get that “perfect balance” between user friendliness and visual appeal. I must say that you’ve done a superb job with this. In addition, the blog loads very fast for me on Chrome. Superb Blog!

  2. Wow that was odd. I just wrote an really long comment but after I clicked submit my comment didn’t appear. Grrrr… well I’m not writing all that over again. Anyway, just wanted to say fantastic blog!

  3. I was curious if you ever thought of changing the page layout of your blog? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or two pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?
